A senior operator who thinks and acts like a co-founder.
No strings attached.
Services
Every engagement is different. Here's how I typically work.
Your leadership gap, filled.
You don't need another consultant handing you a deck. You need someone who'll own a function, drive it, and deliver as part of your team. I step in, operate, and build the systems that outlast the engagement.
Typical duration: 3 to 6 months.
Something's broken right now.
You don't have time to hire. You need someone who thinks at your level, moves at your speed, and can step in without lengthy onboarding. I come in fast, stabilize what's burning, and exit clean.
Can convert to an Embed engagement if you need continuity after the crisis is resolved.
Scoped. Finite. Owned.
You have a specific deliverable and not enough hands to get it done. I take ownership of the problem end-to-end and execute. You stay focused on what only you can do.
Typical duration: weeks, not months.

About
I'm Adarsh Shetty, a product and technology operator who's spent 13+ years building, fixing, and scaling things that matter. I've written ML models, led products through corporate chaos, helped a Lithuanian manufacturer crack the US market, and coached a soul food restaurant back from the brink.
I have an MBA from UCLA Anderson and an MS in Computer Science from USC, but what I care about most is being in the room where the hard problems get solved.
A founder I met at a networking event heard what I do and said it immediately: “you're a firefighter.” That's exactly right.
When I'm not working, you'll find me at a dance festival, scaling an indoor climbing wall, or at an AI meetup figuring out what's coming next.

Work
Here's what owning it looks like in practice.

A Lithuanian manufacturer wanted to crack the US market. They had a great product and zero US presence. I led a cross-functional team across research, operations, and sales, validated the market from the ground up, and built the entry strategy end-to-end.
$3.8M in NPV. First US customer secured. 95% client satisfaction.
A soul food restaurant in Boston was fighting to survive post-Covid, with revenue down, operations strained, and a legacy worth preserving. I stepped in, modernized their operations with omnichannel order management covering pickup, delivery, and payments, and helped pursue grant opportunities to inject capital.
A business preserved. A heritage protected.
Civic Innovation Lab needed funding to organize local residents around community problem-solving. I helped strategize, write, and refine their grant and corporate partnership proposals. We won the pitch.
Grant secured. Mission funded.
